Cookies

This website only uses the cookies it needs to work. The site is hosted by Wix, which sets two technical cookies, wixSession and client-session-bind. They keep your connection to the site and protect it against misuse. That is why we do not ask for consent.

We do not use visitor statistics, Google Analytics, a Facebook pixel or any other kind of tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so your visit is not shared with others.

When you book a table

We use your information to hold your table and to contact you about the booking.

Your name, phone number and email are stored with the booking for two years after your latest booking. If you have booked before with the same phone number, your bookings are kept together under you as a guest.

We send a confirmation to your email, and an email if the booking is changed or cancelled, with a link where you can change or cancel it yourself. The emails are sent through Resend from servers in the EU. We keep a record of which emails we have sent for 30 days, and the link is deleted one week after your visit.

To prevent misuse, we keep a fingerprint of your IP address for at most one day, which cannot be traced back to you. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a robot and processes technical information about your browser to do so.

When you write or call

If you write to us, we use your information to reply and, if that is what you are asking about, to hold your event. We do not keep it longer than we need it.

Your rights

You can always find out what we have stored about you and have it corrected or deleted. Contact us at mail@detgamlebryghus.dk.

You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
